Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check my LESCO bill online?

Paste your 14-digit reference number or 10-digit Customer ID into the box above and tap Check Bill. Your current amount, due date, and payment history appear instantly.

Where do I find my 14-digit reference number?

It is printed near the top of any previous LESCO bill. If you have lost your bill, use the official LESCO website's CNIC lookup to retrieve it.

Can I download a duplicate bill?

Yes. Once your bill loads, use your browser's Print or Save as PDF option. Banks and payment counters accept this as a valid duplicate.

Is the reference number the same as the Customer ID?

No. The reference number is 14 digits and can change. The Customer ID is 10 digits and is permanently linked to your account. Both work in the checker above.

Nothing shows up after I enter the number — why?

Make sure you have typed exactly 14 digits with no spaces or dashes. If it still fails, try the SMS method: send PITC followed by your reference number to 8334.

Is it safe to enter my reference number here?

Yes. A reference number is a billing ID only — it contains no CNIC or banking details. For CNIC-based lookups, always use the official government LESCO portal.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, but you must request it in person at your subdivision office. Bills under Rs. 50,000 can be split into 3 months with SDO approval.
